Welcome

Hello and welcome to my shop. For 21 years I owned and ran a bricks and mortar shop in Crawcrook, Gateshead.

Rosarama Beadcraft is now based online only still offering the same great products and customer servce.

Payments

We accept payment by PayPal you do not have to have an account to pay using this method and most major credit and debit cards are accepted
 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days of receipt and once payment has been received.
We use Royal Mail with no tracking information but if you would like a different dispatch method please contact us.

All orders are posted second class unless delivery upgrade to first class is selected.  All orders over £50 are posted within the UK for free.

 

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Post items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

This shop accepts returns and will make a refund reduced by postage costs ( unless the item was faulty). According to EU distant selling regulations, a buyer has got a right to change their mind and return an item within 14 days from receiving it as long as the item is in its original unused state and original packaging.
Most importantly we want you to be happy with your purchase if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
